By creating an account or using VigoLive, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, go live, or use any payment, gifting or withdrawal features within VigoLive.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast, upload or share. Content must not violate any applicable laws or our Community Guidelines, including content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
VigoLive offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased and used to send virtual gifts. Gifts received by streamers are converted into "Diamonds", which may be withdrawn as real money subject to our Creator Program terms and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Coin purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Users who apply and are verified as streamers may earn income from gifts received during live streams and PK battles. VigoLive reserves the right to review, suspend or terminate creator status for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
VigoLive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigoLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
